Q: Does Our Garage offer a warranty on repairs?
A: Yes, Our Garage offers a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on new parts and labor. Fluids (oil, coolant, etc.) are covered by a 3-month/3,000 mile warranty.

Q: Will Our Garage install customer-supplied parts?
A: As a general rule we will not install parts that we did not purchase because we cannot offer our 12-month/12,000 mile warranty on these parts. In some cases, such as rare or hard to find parts, we may install a customer-supplied part if all other options for locating the part have been exhausted. If the customer supplied part fails during the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement part and all associated labor costs, whereas parts purchased by Our Garage would be fully covered under warranty. |
Q: Does/will Our Garage install used parts on a vehicle?
A: Our Garage will only install a used part on a vehicle if no other option is available. In those rare cases, the customer will be notified that a used part is being considered before it is installed on their vehicle. Our Garage offers a 3 month/3000 mile warranty on used parts that we purchase and install on a customer vehicle .
